... well pooh, update... they must've hired new staff recently. Not only are they slacking on excellent service, they are also getting slower. 10 minutes between the guy ahead of me, and my order!! Literally, 10 minutes to make a Caramel Latte.
My last 2 visits were quite the disappointment. Not only told me I couldn't have peanut butter in a hot coffee (like previous visits and included on their sign), somebody is confused about the ingredients for a latte - IT DOESN'T HAVE CHOCOLATE!! If I wanted a Mocha, I would order one. I will have to begin making the drive up to Dutch Brothers, if these kids can't get their orders back up to par.July 18, 2016
